About Shawn

Shawn is a licensed professional counselor with the State of Oregon. After serving over two decades in the United States military, He earned his Master's degree in mental health counseling from Corban University. Before establishing Meristem Counseling Center, LLC, He worked at a non-profit counseling center also located in Corvallis, Oregon. Shawn has experience working with adults and couples struggling with personal concerns to complex marital issues. The focus of his counseling ranges from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, to the survivors of trauma.
